Purchasing FAQ

Answers for wastewater equipment buyers.

Review the information needed for product selection, quotation, technical documents, samples, delivery and order follow-up.

Before you inquire

Prepare a clear technical request

Final specifications, commercial terms and support scope are confirmed for each quotation. If your requirement is not covered below, send the available process data or drawings for review.

Request a quote

What information should I send for a quotation?

Please include the product or process, quantity, wastewater application, required dimensions or capacity, destination country and any available drawings or specifications. This gives the team a clear basis for product selection and pricing.

Can wastewater treatment products be configured for my project?

Configuration depends on the product and the operating conditions. Share the required material, size, connection, flow, pressure, aeration duty or treatment capacity so the applicable supply scope can be reviewed before quotation.

How is the correct model or specification confirmed?

Model selection is based on the application data you provide and the technical requirements agreed during the inquiry. A model name or website image alone may not be enough to confirm compatibility.

Can I request drawings, data sheets and material information?

Available technical documents can be provided according to the product and project stage. State the document type you need in the inquiry so the team can confirm what is available for review.

Are samples available?

Sample availability, cost and shipping depend on the product, quantity and destination. These terms must be confirmed for the specific inquiry before an order is placed.

How are lead time, shipping and trade terms confirmed?

Production lead time, packing, delivery method and trade terms are confirmed in the formal quotation or order documents after the product specification, quantity and destination are known.

Can you identify or quote a product from a photograph?

A clear photograph can help identify the product family, but dimensions, material, connection details and application conditions are normally required before a reliable replacement or quotation can be confirmed.

How is technical follow-up or after-sales support defined?

The support scope is agreed for each order and recorded in the quotation or order documents. Share the equipment model, order reference and issue details when requesting technical follow-up.

Next step

Send the application, quantity and destination.

We will review the information as the basis for product selection and quotation.
